Welcome to my Foundations of Health Mini Course where we cover parts 1 - 4 of a 12 part series.
In this series you will learn how to make connections between your daily choices and how your body is telling you if those choices are adding to or taking away from your overall health experience. Armed with this knowledge, you will be able to make better choices that are best suited for you.
You will learn how to truly hydrate your body as well as how to bring natural movement into your day and how to use the power of mindful breathing to deal with stressful situations.
We will discuss sleep - the importance of it, what happens when we are sleep, and how to get a deeper more restful sleep.
And, of course, we will talk about gut health. You will get a deep dive into what happens in your body once you swallow food, and what to do if you suspect you are eating things that may not be serving you best (and how to figure that out!).
There is an optional Wellness Travelers Monthly Passport that gives you access to an overall bigger community with weekly Q&A calls each month as well as bonus support and resources. You can stay as long as you like and have the option to renew your 'passport' month to month for only $55 a month.
